I'm a serial entrepreneur with over a decade in the business and security risk management fields. I use creative problem-solving skills, innovation and unique experiences to fine tune strategy, increase safety, maximize operations, motivate, inspire employees and drive record breaking revenue!
My very first business was in 2011 "Three Kings Consulting." It was a play business and was not registered with state. In 2015 I opened Op4 Security Solutions which was a state registered security and investigation firm. Our goal was to effect some change in the security industry and to provide real security solutions to clients. We are a boutique Security & Risk Management Company that specializes in ALL security solutions. We have gone on to have security officers across the state of Florida while providing security consulting services Internationally.
In 2017 we added Notary services to our business. In 2018 Op4 made a transition from security/investigation focused services to risk mitigation & management. This allowed the company to expand its offerings while addressing other areas within multiple industries. Focuses such as travel security, workplace violence, active shooter policies and procedures, financial and operational loss, etc. In 2020 Op4 Security Solutions added a supply chain risk management division due to the immediate threat of Covid-19.
This division later turned into our 3rd business concept "Supply With Me" a risk-based distribution company. We have access to thousands of brands and products. This business specializes in the medical and industrial safety supplies. However, we do conduct sourcing for some clients that are in need of special items or large bulk orders. Supply With Me was responsible for providing over 1 million N95, gowns, gloves, etc. to the front line in less than 6 months.
In 2021 I opened a "legal documents" business named Shoreline Fingerprinting & Notary. It's a mobile "Live Scan" fingerprinting, Notary & Signing Agent business to help other professionals and citizens needing the service. We are registered with FDLE in the state of Florida where we can conduct official fingerprinting services for AHCA (Agency for Health Care Administration), FDLE (Florida Dept Of Law Enforcement) & DBPR (Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation) here in the state of Florida. Our signing agent and notary services are able to be done electronically.
Weedman & Co. has grown to over $2.4 million dollars revenue since inception. In 2022 Weedman & Co. opened up 2 more businesses. We enjoy employing locals and providing jobs to the community. Due to current need to ensure safe spaces for kids and families. We decided this would be a great opportunity to broaden our portfolio. "Bubblez Cleaning" already works at major retail locations like Crate & Barrel, Harbor Freight and more. The main services locations will be businesses and retail settings. "Weedman Capital & Financial Management" was created to provide business consulting. risk management and funding to start ups and existing businesses. This is a dear mission to me, as I understand what it takes to start a successful business!
